Feel safe with tantric guidelines
01
Creating a safe container
Tantra askes you to step out of your comfort zone and explore yourself. Therefore it is important to create a safe container in the group space so that we can dare to be true and be able to explore emotions and heal in a safe way.
02
Non-violent communication
To practise NVC in a group setting or with a partner is a safe an brilliant way to express feelings and needs without being violent or pushing your ideas and emotions to others. NVC is about learning to talk from your heart and allowing your own inner voice to speak clearly.
03
Open minded
Arriving in class or to a retreat it is important to stay open minded and non judgmental. To be able to do tantric exercises, the more childlike you can be without expectations and ideas the more you will get out of the class and be able to whole heartly experience Tantra.
04
Heart chakra
When the heart is open, we are more loving and have more compassion. Therefore I am to always work with our heart and create love for oneself and others. The heart is a powerful chakra and helper in Tantric exercises. When we move through life with our heart as a guide we tend to be more alive and loving.
