First of all, my first Tantra class that I held on Sunday turned out to be amazing. As I was driving there the nervousity arouse and I felt tension in my body. Who am I, I was thinking, who am I that can hold this space and create this container for healing. But then the voice inside of me replied: You are no one, Nobody and nothingness, the information you hold is not yours and you are only but a vessel where the information will come out trough. And I sighted in relief. I don´t need to be this perfect being, this perfect human or tantra teacher, I only have to show up and open my mouth and let something bigger come trough me. I don´t have to save anyone or turn them into tantrikas. I just have to be myself. And I am so thankful. So full with gratitude about this feeling. I can give what I have and know ,but remember that what need to be happening will happen anyway. Just hold the space. So thank you if you where there on Sunday or with me in spirit. I love you! And here is an introduction to you who are interested in tantra and want to attend to my classes. Introduction Tantra is not att all about sex. Infact you can practise Tantra and never ever have sex. Tantra is however about Life- Energy- AKA sexual energy. Let me explain: When a man and a woman come together and there is love and attraction there is a magnetism, a magnetic force that will bring the male and the female together. From this force Life itself can be created. And when you are born, your Life force energy is highly potencial. It is the most alive, It takes a while for the spirit to be used to the body and to be seperated from the mum energy but you can see in smaller children / toddlers that they have so much energy, there Life force is fully powered. It is only when we become teenagers our own sexuality is awaken and the first time that we need to start working with the energies to balance them. Most teenagers are not tought in a tantric way how to manage this energy and end up using alchol, porn and destructiv sexual behavior to handle the energy. We start to feel anger, hastiness, fear and worry and other negative emotions. These emotions if not dealt with or transformed, stays in the body and eats up the Life force. Each organ in the body is connected to different feelings. When you get older these blocks or stuck feelings are the things that causes sickness within the body.
Tantra is a technique of self-discoverment, self love and self-care. In the very first stages, the introduction to tantra it is like going to the psycologist and you will learn about yourself. The feelings that we have carried with us can be transformed into love and compassion with Tantric techniques. And we can learn how to handle arrising emotions and feeling. How to make space for trauma stored in the body and how to show yourself the love you deserve.
You should come to Tantra classes if you are ready to: Be authentic Get to know your self Want to build up a better life Want to work with yourself Get more energy Be more compassionated Be more loving and kind Awaken your senses and live a more fulfilling life Be more sensual and have more sexual energy Heal from a sickness or a trauma
Get free from addictions (porn, food, alcohol, marujana etc) Have deeper bonds with the people in your life Have a better relationship with your self and with your spouse Learn to have better sex, give more pleasure, find our more about the opposite sex, have longer orgasms and awakening the body to pleasure, holding the sperm Or if you want to become pregnant When you learn tantra techniques you can then use them in your life and bring awareness into every part of your being. " Usually when you start the Tantric path, you come to classes and you have expectations, but it is important to let go of them and only step into the curiosity of a child. The more childlike you can be in a class ( or anytime in your life) the more you can learn and explore. I will tell you exactly what it is here so you can be prepared.
The class is a silence class, that means that I will be speaking, but you will be silence and go inward, into your self. We will start in a sitting position and close our eyes (and ears using earplugs if you feel like) this will give you an opportunity to listen in to your body. I will guide us trough different asanas (positions) and you awareness, consciousness will be guided to look into each part as we move around in the body. This technique can help you find information stored in your body and with the help of the asanas you can listen to what your body is telling you.
What to bring: A book to write down and journal in, earplugs and eye-mask if wanted.
