Updated: Aug 10, 2023

A few weeks ago I had such a great luck to meet Erin at her studio when I was going in for an acupunture session. The studio was amazing and as I was laying there for my treatment I started to dream about having a Tantra class there. Very great luck for me to receive this opportunity so I reach out to Erin again and here we are. Ready to start teaching Tantra at bendd studio this FRIDAY 11 AUG- BE RADIANT

(Update! This fridays class we will have an introduction to what Tantra is, and what it is not, how to hold space in the group, guidelines for Tantra practise, what to except from tantra and how to process what comes up, we will end the evening with a powerful exercise called Inner Alchemy, where we are going to walk on our yoga mats towards our highest selves. We are working with ourselves so no partner work this time.) So if you have found your way to this blogpost maybe you are interested in learning more about Tantra. Maybe you have heard about it and want to start practise the ancient Tantric techniques. Well I am ready. To give you a short intro about what Tantra is and what to expect on Friday or upcoming classes. I want to start to say that Tantra might make you think of Tantric sex, and off course Tantra can be that. But it is so much more. And I will not start any Tantric sex workshops. At least not now anyway.

Tantra is very old techniques, now adapted to our modern society and teaches us to become more real, more mindful and more loving human beings.

The classes will be focusing on your spiritual development.

Working on:

Getting to know yourself

Knowing your needs

Learning about your own boundaries

Working with your feelings

Holding space for Trauma within your body

Inner child work

Shadow work

Moving your body, releasing tension

Learning about Chakras and how to balance them

Breathing techniques Partner workshops

Contact with the soul meditation

Non violent Communication

Opening up your Heart

Working on building your relationships

Clearing the body from toxin

Loving yourself

Healing the past

Healing Sexual trauma

Learning about pleasure and tantric touch

Awakening your senses

Womb wisdom

Hara Meditation

Kundalini energy

Raising the two serpents

Strenghtening your KAH=Light body Inner alchemy

And much more.

My idea is to make you feel safe and hold space for whatever comes up during class, Tantra can be very emotional and I will have time after class for you to ask questions.

I will also write here on my webb each week about what the Tantra class will look like. This will give you a chance to understand what type off energy is needed for the class and if the class will be suited for you. My experience with Tantra is that the more you can arrive in class with an open childlike mindset the more you can learn from the techniques. And off course if the class is to emotional or you don´t want to participate you don´t have to do anything you don´t want to. You can just sit down and hold space for the class.

If you are unsure about anything or want to work with me privatly just send me an email.

Thanks Erin for this opportunity and looking forward for Friday!

Why use the word Shamanism and what is it really? A shaman is a spiritual practitioner who acts as an intermediary between the human world and the spiritual realms. Shamans are found in various indigenous cultures and have been part of human societies for thousands of years. Their role is to connect with the spirit world to gain insights, guidance, and healing for themselves and their community.

  • Spiritual Connection: Shamans are deeply connected to the spiritual world. They believe in the existence of spirits, deities, ancestors, and other supernatural beings. They communicate with these entities through rituals, ceremonies, and altered states of consciousness.

  • Healer and Medicine Person: One of the primary roles of a shaman is that of a healer. They use various techniques, such as herbal remedies, rituals, and energy work, to treat physical, emotional, and spiritual ailments. Shamans believe that illness is often caused by imbalances or disharmony in the spiritual realm, and healing involves restoring harmony and balance.

  • Journey to Other Realms: Shamans often enter altered states of consciousness, known as shamanic journeying, to travel to the spirit world. They may do this through drumming, chanting, dancing, or the use of hallucinogenic plants. During these journeys, they seek guidance, receive messages, and gain insights to help themselves and their community.

  • Divination and Prophecy: Shamans may use divination tools, such as bones, stones, cards, or symbols, to gain insight into future events or to understand the underlying causes of current situations. They may also receive prophetic visions or dreams that provide guidance for their community.

  • Community Leader and Counselor: Shamans often play a central role in their community. They act as spiritual leaders, mediators, and counselors, helping to resolve conflicts, provide guidance, and offer support during times of crisis.

  • Rituals and Ceremonies: Shamans perform various rituals and ceremonies to honor spirits, mark important life events, and celebrate nature's cycles. These rituals are believed to strengthen the connection between the human world and the spiritual realm.

  • Guardian of Tradition and Culture: Shamans are often keepers of their community's traditions, rituals, and knowledge. They pass down their wisdom to the next generation, preserving the cultural heritage of their people.

It's important to note that the specific practices and beliefs of shamans can vary significantly from one culture to another. Each culture has its own unique shamanic traditions and methods. While some shamans may work individually, others may work in a group or as part of a larger spiritual community.

Shamanism is not limited to any specific religion but is a cross-cultural practice found in various parts of the world, including parts of Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Oceania. The common thread is the shaman's role as a mediator between the human and spiritual realms, serving as a healer, counselor, and spiritual guide for their community.

Why I use it?

I want to reclaim the anchient words and bring them back into this world again. I have for a long time felt connected to the spiritual realms and have had encounters with entities and spirits. I love rituals and cermonies and connecting to higher realms, I get information and download meditation techniques from space. Nature and natural living is for me very sacred, I love working with plant medicine and healing the whole person, mind, body and soul. Animals and the kingdom of nature has a big place in my heart. I am a dreamer of big ideas and utopian living. I could see myself living at the edge of the village drawing new ideas and dreams into being. The way my ansestors would have lived in north of sweden and in nature still feels natural to me and I have a strong feeling some of them where shamans.

Life force energy, also known as chi or prana, is a concept that exists in many cultures and traditions around the world. It is the energy that flows through all living things, connecting us to the universe and to each other.

In Chinese medicine, life force energy is called "qi," and it is believed to flow through the body along meridians, or energy channels. When qi is flowing smoothly, a person is said to be healthy and balanced, but if it becomes blocked or stagnant, it can lead to illness or disease.

In Hinduism, the life force energy is known as "prana," and it is believed to be the force that animates all living things. Prana is said to flow through the body along nadis, or energy channels, and when it is balanced, a person experiences good health and vitality.

In many spiritual traditions, life force energy is believed to be a vital component of our spiritual growth and development. It is said to be the force that connects us to the divine and helps us to transcend the limitations of the physical world.

There are many practices that are said to help increase and balance our life force energy, such as yoga, meditation, tantra, breathing, tai chi, and qigong. These practices focus on breathing, movement, and visualization techniques to help clear blockages and increase the flow of energy through the body.

How energy is used:

We are born with full life-force, full chi. All our organs work perfectly and give us the energy we need. But we loose energy as we get older. Men loose energy with ejaculation and women through menstruation.

We loose energy when our organs start to struggle because of to much toxin in the food or in the air. We loose energy watching tv, or our phones, or watching porn. We loose energy when we don´t process our feelings, the feeling get stuck in the corresponding organ.

Example: If you have anger stored in your body. It means that your solar plexus Chakra is unbalanced and it will affect your liver. You might use alcohol to feel something else then anger or you might use alcohol to push the anger out and become violent.

Or you might have grief and heart ache, the feelings might be stuck in the lungs, and you might turn to smoking or marijuana instead of working with the feeling.

Understanding which chakra needs healing and attention first, you can look at what organ you struggle with the most.

Then you can see what feeling that you haven´t dealt with and start the process of healing.

In a perfect world we would work with our feelings as they arise and make the feelings move true the body and not end up stuck in it. We would know witch chakra that would be blocked and on a day to day routine check in with our bodies to understand what was not processed and then have techniques to work with.

It is my dream to be able to give this to you!
