Life force energy, also known as chi or prana, is a concept that exists in many cultures and traditions around the world. It is the energy that flows through all living things, connecting us to the universe and to each other.
In Chinese medicine, life force energy is called "qi," and it is believed to flow through the body along meridians, or energy channels. When qi is flowing smoothly, a person is said to be healthy and balanced, but if it becomes blocked or stagnant, it can lead to illness or disease.
In Hinduism, the life force energy is known as "prana," and it is believed to be the force that animates all living things. Prana is said to flow through the body along nadis, or energy channels, and when it is balanced, a person experiences good health and vitality.
In many spiritual traditions, life force energy is believed to be a vital component of our spiritual growth and development. It is said to be the force that connects us to the divine and helps us to transcend the limitations of the physical world.
There are many practices that are said to help increase and balance our life force energy, such as yoga, meditation, tantra, breathing, tai chi, and qigong. These practices focus on breathing, movement, and visualization techniques to help clear blockages and increase the flow of energy through the body.
How energy is used:
We are born with full life-force, full chi. All our organs work perfectly and give us the energy we need. But we loose energy as we get older. Men loose energy with ejaculation and women through menstruation.
We loose energy when our organs start to struggle because of to much toxin in the food or in the air. We loose energy watching tv, or our phones, or watching porn. We loose energy when we don´t process our feelings, the feeling get stuck in the corresponding organ.
Example: If you have anger stored in your body. It means that your solar plexus Chakra is unbalanced and it will affect your liver. You might use alcohol to feel something else then anger or you might use alcohol to push the anger out and become violent.
Or you might have grief and heart ache, the feelings might be stuck in the lungs, and you might turn to smoking or marijuana instead of working with the feeling.
Understanding which chakra needs healing and attention first, you can look at what organ you struggle with the most.
Then you can see what feeling that you haven´t dealt with and start the process of healing.
In a perfect world we would work with our feelings as they arise and make the feelings move true the body and not end up stuck in it. We would know witch chakra that would be blocked and on a day to day routine check in with our bodies to understand what was not processed and then have techniques to work with.
It is my dream to be able to give this to you!
