Chakra Five element healing techniques


To connect with the five elements in chakra work can have a great impact on your health.


Earth. Connecting with the element of earth can be made with working with soil, planting vegetables, farming or being out in nature, it is also beneficial to walk on the earth and great some daily grounding exercises.


Fire. The fire element is a direct impact on our digestive system but also our immunity and vitality. By connecting to the sun energy we can boost our immune system, we can sun bath, sungaze, or working with the flame of a candle to balance the fire energy inside.


Water. Because we consist of 80% of water, the water element is an important ally in having a healthy body. We must drink enough to be dehydrated and if we drink our water with gratitude or with prayer we can really affect our health.


Air and Either. Deep conciouss breath that give the body a big intake of oxytin can awaken our cells and helps us relax and feel energized in the same time. Pranayama breathing or Nadishodhan




Meditations


The benefits of meditations are many. When you take the time to sit calmly you are signaling to your body that you are no longer in a dangerous, high alert situation. When you bring your awarness into your body and sit in stillness research have shown that we get healthier and we can perform better. Our immune system also gets stronger. We get a chance to repare the damage of stress and toxins in our enviroment.


Meditation also helps with:


· Attention regulation

· Body awareness

· Emotion regulation

· Sense of self


Being there for whatever needs to be seen and heard from your body. The more we tune in, in meditations the more we can understand and communicate with our body.



Together, these help people deal with the effects of stress and allow the mind and body to interact in a manner that begins both spiritual healing and physical rejuvenation. The direct benefits of which can include:


· Improved heart functionality

· Decreased cognitive decline

· A boost in natural antibodies

· Reduced pro-inflammatory gene expression

· Reduced cell aging


While these specific areas of immunity-boosting have been displayed in recent research, the fact of the matter is meditation and mindfulness has been practiced for centuries for a reason. There is viable evidence that practicing meditation helps boost your defense against all manners of disease, including addiction, and fosters wellness within the spirit and the body.




Yoga

Every Asana posture that you are doing is specially designed to dissolve blockages within your body and open them up so that prana can flow more easily in your body. When there is a better flow, prana can reach your limbs and organs more easily.

Whatever asana you chose to do, listen to your body, is there information there? Is it tension? Is this area a problem that you wish to work with? If you want to listen, I really recommend doing some Hatha Yoga, where you sit in the asanas for longer time. Whatever, knowledge, story, trauma or information that is stored can then be recognised and worked with. Keep a journal handy.




Love Making and Cuddles

First of all- love making makes your heart pump same as any kind of exercise would do, and whenever we make our heart work we are building up resistance to sickness by getting a workout. Having sex one or twice a week gives you higher levels of immunoglobulin, molecules produced by white blood cells that are a critical part of the immune response


We are releasing oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin when we are cuddeling, holding hands or touching.

These hormones gives us feelings of happiness, relaxation, improves mood and lower levels of depression.




Food

What you can do to increase your biome in your belly is to have a ree-set, a detoxification of your guts. Because if your guts get a chance to rest and not process toxic food it can start to build up good hairs in the bowls. You can start by having a 10 day panchacarma diet where you drink Ghee and milk in the morning and eat kitcheri for your other courses. This will make your belly have time to restore itself and rest. Afterwards you can start wha t I call a “awakening diet” where you are conscious while eating. It means that every day you think before you cook your meals and you make conscious choices about what you decided to put into your mouth.




Release toxic emotions

”Toxic emotions make you sick. If you walk around with a lot of unfinished business then it’s time to do something about that. You can do some release on your own. You don’t have to be scared. Releasing emotions with awareness makes them less toxic and makes you able to let them go bit by bit. Just stay aware and watch your grounding, stay in the now.”
