Water
I have started to sleep with a glass of water next to my bed, it have helped me so much with being in contact with water, allowing water to enter into my dreams,. My dreams are much more clear and vivid. I also sleep with water next to me to remind me to drink that water as soon as I wake up. It helps me so much to remember the importancy of water.
Sometimes I lay with a crystal before bed and ask the crystal for answers, or healing, then I ad it to the water so I can drink it when I wake up.
To make a small part of your morning ritual into a holy moment for yourself, is something I really recommend.
I sit on skin in the morning while I sip on a hot beverage and I look out at the mountain. This is the meditation I have time for right in the morning before school starts and hopping into the car. But if you have time for a meditation before getting into your work clothes , I do recommend that as well. Making time for yourself to slowly start your day and to bring in spirit will make your day so much better.
Yoga or Stretching
If you allow yourself to stretch in he morning, your energy channels the Nadis have a chance to open up and move energy in your body. This is such an important step to feel good during the day. The flow off energy in the body is important to handle the rest of the day!
